London Modern Swing Band

 Created in 2015 by Adam following the massive success of Postmodern Jukebox the modernized version of Rhythm and Blues were born. Using the incredibly talented musicians from his standard swing band and adding a few extra special additions in the vocals section Adam has managed to find the perfect blend of style and sophistication mixed with fun and surprise. Imagine listening to a swing version of Ice Ice Baby as you and your guests enjoy reception drinks on the lawn of your chosen wedding venue or maybe a Jazz version of No Diggity as you all tuck in to the wedding breakfast. Perfect for any occasion and at any time of the day or evening.

About Modern Swing

The standard line up of Modern swing is a 6 piece band with the option of adding females and brass players where needed. Fronted by Adam the band dress to impress in the style of 1940s and 1950s to ensure that they really drive home the vintage style of modern music. Standing out from the crowd is something that this band does very well. You and your guests will be left tapping your feet to a familiar lyrics but in the back of your minds wondering why do you know this song! You can request to have certain songs of your childhood or maybe songs that mean something to you and your partner jazzed up or made into a classic swing style track. Pretty much anything is possible with modern swing you just need to use your imagination.
