About Singing Waiters

The artists would set up their own PA and then seamlessly blend in as a member of the venue staff assisting intermittently with the service for up to 1 hour prior to performance to add the element of surprise Then at the agreed moment, your waiter will burst into song for 30 - 40 minutes performing well-known classics promising and enjoyable experience with audience participation and lots of fun for all involved. What are Singing Waiters?

Singing Waiters are a surprise singing act that is perfect for weddings, parties and corporate events. They will seamlessly blend in with the real staff at your venue, whilst mixing with your guests until the pre-arranged moment, whereupon they will burst into song serving the ultimate surprise.

What’s included in the package?

They will arrive around 60 minutes before your guests, and then hideaway!

Your singing waiters will provide state-of-the-art sound equipment.

Public Liability Insurance and VAT.

Venue liaison – They will contact the venue ahead of the event to check timings etc. so you have nothing to worry about.

Your singing waiters will be in uniform whether it is waiters, chefs, or venue managers. The team will blend in effortlessly with the venue staff.

8 songs in the meal show.

How long does the performance last?

The guys will book a full day for your event. This includes travelling to your event from anywhere in the UK.

Then at the agreed moment (normally between the mains and dessert course), they burst into song singing around eight songs, which lasts about 30 minutes consisting of audience participation and sing-along classics!

Can I request a song?

For a song change, they charge £50 per song to cover the rehearsal time required, however before we charge you, we will make sure the song sits within the performer’s range and sounds perfect.

Additional costs to be made aware of?

We ask if you can cover any parking charges and provide a meal for the entertainers.
